After their yummy breakfast, the children got ready for the day, and everyone headed out for their walk through the little village of Mies.
When they reached the déchèterie, Keri explained some of the sights they could see from there.
“To the north-west we have the Jura mountains, Geneva city is in the south, and to the south-east is Lac Leman or Lake Geneva and behind that are the Alps and Mont Blanc.”
They dropped off all the recycling (including smashing the glass bottles, which was great fun), and went to see what was on the free bookcase and return some books.
